One-to-one therapy and coaching
Before starting therapy or coaching, we will agree the service, fees, payment arrangements and cancellation policy. Payment is due before sessions commence.
Sessions can be booked individually. Blocks of therapy or coaching sessions may also be agreed, but there is no requirement to purchase a block. Any block’s price, number of sessions and applicable conditions will be confirmed before payment.
Cancellations and missed sessions
Please give at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or rearrange an appointment.
For cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed appointments, the session fee will normally be charged or deducted from your prepaid block. Any charge will reflect the loss arising from the cancellation, taking account of costs saved and whether the appointment is filled by another client.
If exceptional circumstances prevent you from attending, please contact me so we can discuss your situation.
If I cancel an appointment, you can choose to rearrange it or receive a refund for that session.
Ending sessions or cancelling a block
You may decide to stop therapy or coaching at any time. If you have paid for unused sessions, please contact me to arrange any refund due, taking account of sessions already provided and any fair cancellation charges.
Nothing in these terms removes your statutory rights, including any applicable cooling-off or refund rights.
