Hi I’m Chris,
I am a Psychologist, Mentor, Mindfulness Teacher and Author.
I spent 10 years in the NHS as a Senior Psychotherapist, Wellbeing Lead and Senior Lecturer at University teaching CBT and other talking therapies. Before this, I worked as a leader in the corporate world.
I specialise in both wellbeing and performance - Both come together in my mind and you can’t truly have one without the other. I help you go from a busy mind filled with stressful thoughts, worries and lack of direction, to a clear mind with wellbeing, resilience and clarity. How We Work Together
With 20 years of experience in psychology, I've effectively supported thousands of people like you. Here's what happens in our sessions:
The first session is an initial information gathering call where we look at what’s getting in your way. We establish the root cause of your struggles and then we look at finding a clear way forward towards more more freedom and clarity.
Future sessions provide psychoeducation, teaching you exactly how your mind works and how it’s been keeping you stuck.
We bring awareness to your blind spots and the parts of your mental and emotional world that you can’t see that’s been holding you back.
We build your emotional intelligence and shift your mindset from one of limitation to one of seeing more potential and possibility.
We decondition your coping mechanisms that have been keeping you stuck, and retaining your mind and body with new habits that are in alignment with your highest self.
