My unique approach blends evidence-based psychology and neuroscience with performance coaching & mindfulness for results that work.
I combine different tools and techniques from a variety of evidence-based psychological models like Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), and other modalities to enable transformational and lasting changes to help you overcome high-functioning stress and unlock your next level of success and wellbeing.

About Chris
After 10 years in the corporate world as a senior leader I left to study my passion in human performance. I graduated top of my class in psychology and became a senior lecturer at university. I am a qualified psychotherapist, trained mindfulness teacher, certified performance coach and a published author.
My book has been rated in the top 10 in applied psychology which shows how I can apply the science of how your mental blocks are keeping you stuck and apply this in your own life to help you with your wellbeing, resilience and high-functioning.
My work is about achieving both wellbeing and high-performance by removing your mental blocks. No fluff. Just science-backed psychology.
