When we think of imposter syndrome, we think of feelings of being a fraud, waiting to get found out. Imposter syndrome includes thoughts of self-doubt, fear, and a lack of confidence. But imposter syndrome can sometimes run a little deeper than that.

Imposter syndrome is common when we start a new role, weather that’s a job, promotion, starting a new business, or even becoming a parent for the first time.

But what if the self-doubt and anxiety stick around? Sometimes the feeling of being an imposter, fraud, or fake, doesn’t seem to pass.

In other words, we’ve been told to fake it until we make it, but the ‘making it’ part never seems to materialise.

In my work, I’ve found that the more we go through life faking it, or pretending, the more we feel like an imposter. This common advice of faking it until we make it, seems to have a pitfall – we feel like we’re hiding something.

The thing is, if we continue to fake it, trying to prove ourselves, then this actually erodes our confidence.

In this workshop, discover a new perspective on imposter syndrome and find out how to shift your mindset and build real confidence. Transcend what’s been getting in the way of you becoming truly confident at what you do.
